Today I am happy and healthy.
One of the most important things we can do is take care of ourselves. My journey was not easy. Each surgery taught me to be gentler with myself. It taught me to take care of ME. You never know what someone is going through. Be kind, always. My husband was and is my saving grace. Today I am healthy.
